Privacy notice.

MetaStop uses information you choose to send us to respond to enquiries and assess items offered for sale.

Information you send

The selling form asks for your name, email address, item details, condition and asking price. The details stay in your browser until you choose to send the prepared email using your own email app. Please leave unrelated personal information out of descriptions.

How it is used

We use these details to review your items, contact you about your enquiry and keep records needed for any purchase we agree with you. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing.

Services used

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical information needed to deliver and protect it, such as your IP address. Preparing an enquiry email happens in your browser. Our incoming email is handled through Microsoft 365.

Storage and your choices

Enquiries are sent only when you press Send in your email app. We receive and store those messages in our business mailbox. You can ask about the information we hold or request its correction or deletion by emailing hello@metastop.shop. We retain information only as needed to handle enquiries, agreed purchases and applicable record-keeping obligations.

Other websites

Links to eBay take you to eBay’s service, which has its own privacy and purchasing terms. This website does not take payments.
